If it's been longer than 7 days since tracking shows it's been delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the request.

If you wish to exchange something because of sizing or preference, you will need to send the item back to us and pay for return shipping to you. If the mistake was ours we will cover all of the above costs.
