SHIPPING: Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped for typical orders. This does not include shipping time. Any differences may include seasonal delays, unexpected volume increases, preorders, backordered items, etc, which will be indicated in the item description. When you select a shipping option, please be aware that this is the time it takes to ship AFTER printing, processing, and packaging. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the item for a full refund, provided it is in identical condition to what we send. If it's been longer than 7 days since tracking shows it's been delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the request.

If you wish to exchange something because of sizing or preference, you will need to send the item back to us and pay for return shipping to you. If the mistake was ours we will cover all of the above costs.
